Generally speaking, more and more iDevice customers are likely to use iMessage. When you deleted the iMessages on your iPhone, you can easily recover them from iTunes Backup file with iPhone data recovery software like iFoneMate.
iMessage has its unique advantages which is different from common text messages like SMS or MMS. iMessage is a great feature of Apple's Messages app, in particularly when you connect all your devices together to access the long list of iMessage conversations. If you use iMessage, you can send lots of free messages through Wi-Fi to one person or many friends at the same time along with links attached, photos, videos, locations or contacts.
Step 1. Extract from iTunes Backup File with iFoneMate
All backup files of your device type will be listed automatically after you enter the recovery mode – Recover from iTunes Backup. Choose it for your iPhone and click "Start Scan" to begin extracting iPhone for your iMessage.
Step 2.Preview and Recover deleted text Messages on iPhone
After extracting the files, the whole content of the backup file are displayed in details. Select "Messages" on the left side on the window, and you can preview detailed contents of your messages and iMessage. Mark those you want to recover and click "Recover" button on the top of the window, you can save them on your computer with one simple click.
You can select "Messages Attachment" to recover message attachments in your iMessage, which contains all attachments from your iMessages.
